The Membership Committee's primary duty is to keep track of current and newly joined AFS members. This includes updating an email distribution list of current and new members that are added each year following our annual meetings. This position also acts a liaison of information when members have questions regarding specific AFS activities.

The Idaho Chapter's newsletter is sent to the Committee for distribution on a quarterly basis, along with news of other Chapter activities that are on the horizon. The Membership chair updates the members at the annual AFS business meetings on approximately how many members are currently registered and how many are being added each year. This committee has and has had an essential role in AFS activities.
